Arguments like this are utterly absurd. You may not have liked the BCS...so what. The fact is that every single one of the 128 teams in the football bowl subdivison were members of the BCS and by virtue of their membership agreed to be a part of the system that chose to crown its champion in that way. It was a terrible system created by the SEC commissioner. USC had the best team in the country in 2003 and 2008, yet was denied a shot at the BCS title.
Even the President of the United States hated the BCS.
