If Bruce is actually let go and theres no hard evidence of him having any wrong doing I hope that every single player transfers out and no one attends single game. What a shite show Auburn's "leadership" is.

As I said, if AU leadership fired Bruce immediately after scandal broke I wouldn't like it but I wouldn't blame AU leadership. With Bruce's track record, I understand the argument that he must be held to a higher standard of compliance personally + monitoring his staff. "I didn't know about it" isn't a great excuse for a coach with a troubled history

My problem is that this clusterfrick situation is a direct result of abysmal Auburn Administrative leadership. It is extremely hard to pin down what they think they are protecting themselves against? The damage being done with this situation is as bad if not worse than any potential NCAA violations. FBI investigation doesn't seem to be targeting wider Auburn AD + University

Unless an unannounced extension took place, Pearl would earn roughly $1-1.5mil buyout per year through 2020. It is extremely difficult to imagine we are pulling this sh*t to save $4mil while Jay Jacobs is getting his payout w/ less support

Talking to a variety of people close to the situation who should know all of the details of the case, it is puzzling why Austin Wiley has not been cleared to play yet this season. I have been told that the holdup is on Auburn’s end, not with the NCAA or the SEC.
