Which ones?

3.75 vs Mich St
3.5 vs Arkansas
4.0 vs ULM

Fournette had two games where he didn't average at least 4.8 yards per carry. One was against Bama the other was against Ole Miss (4.32). In that game LSU started 2 true freshmen and a redshirt freshman on the line. LSU had a true freshman FB and a QB that struggled to complete 50% of his passes. Fournette was the leading rusher in that game and the 2nd leading receiver with 108 rush yards and 72 receiving yards. He also had a 59 yard run called back in that game.

The points I try to get across are;

1. Henry is good, but being awarded the Heisman was nothing but Bama bias. If you don't believe so, how was Cooper 3rd in heisman voting the year before when other WRs have had just as impressive stats in power 5 conferences years prior and not sniff top 3 and only one made a distant 4th? AJ McCarron was 2nd in 2013 when he only had 2675 pass yards and 26 pass TDs during the ceremony?

Mark Ingram had 1540 rush yards, 320 receiving yards, and 18 total TDs at the time he won the heisman. Gerhart had over 1700 rush yards 150 receiving yards, 26 rush TDs, one passing TD, and was second. Colt McCoy had 70.6% 3500 pass yards 350 rush yards and 30 total TDs. He also had an undefeated TEXAS team yet still came in 3rd. Yet Ingram with good, not great stats, won it.

2. Fournette had a bad game in the worst possible situation for a RB. Sorry QB, sorry play calling, sorry OL and on the road vs the best front 7 in the country. Other than that game, he was phenomenal.

3. I never thought Fournette should have won the heisman, although being placed 6th seemed like a huge slap in the face to him. I think Watson, who had his team undefeated and who put up crazy numbers, or McCaffrey who put up crazy numbers on the PAC 12 champ, should have gotten it. Henry was great last year, but I feel like those guys were better.

All in all, I hope Henry does good in the NFL because I have nothing against him, and I hope Fournette gets 3 years of payback on Bama this upcoming year.
