I don't think Kirby has the personality or mental toughness to match Saban's on field success - or even come close. No one knows exactly what's going to happen but I don't think Kirby can get Georgia to the promised land. In fact - I don't think he'll be able to match Mark Richt's level of success. Kirby's a great defensive coach. He's proven that. But - he hasn't proven anything else. Success as a first time Head Coach is very hard to forecast.
