Yep.
Mississippi as a state has the highest percentage of African Americans. There are multiple counties that are 90%+ AA.

EQUALS
Highest percentage of AA population in SEC at MSU.
ETA: Just looked it up. 7 of the 10 blackest counties in the country and 15 of the top 20 are in Mississippi. 4 in Alabama and 1 in South Carolina to close out the 20.

I don't doubt it about the one in SC ... Orangeburg County - we call it "O-burg."
We put SC State there, and it serves its purpose.
