the same reason any thread is started with negative news about a player/team. Did you expect a State fan to start this or a fan of a non-rival school to be paying attention enough to start one? It's why the "obsessed" comments are always ridiculous to me.

Jeffrey Simmons made a mistake yesterday and is owning up to it
It's making the rounds everywhere. His sister was taking an asswhooping and he stepped in to help her. Instead of taking a couple of swings- he should have broken it up- but he didnt. He has apologized and we will see what happens from here.
This is the only post about this that will be allowed on the Board- the video will not be allowed on the Board. Thanks

I guess this is why other schools bring it up, MSU folks wanted to hide their head in the sand and pretend it didn't happen........

"Obsessed" comments always seem stupid to anyone with average-to-high IQ. It's a stock reply for people who are too dumb to come up with an intelligent response.
