In all seriousness, as awful as it is, you can't punish the kid before he's on the team. Kicking someone off a team and revoking your commitment to give them a spot are two completely different decisions.
Especially after signing day, when it removes his chance to play anywhere else.
If he were a current player, I would say beat him with a hose and kick him off the team. Since he isn't, he hasn't been under any of your rules yet to actually violate them. Good opportunity to give a kid some of that act right.
Especially after signing day, when it removes his chance to play anywhere else.

this is correct. and if there are no criminal charges filed then there is really no reason to disqualify the kid.

Yeah you can. It's pretty simple actually. You beat a woman that's already on the ground and you're not welcome here. It's pretty cut and dry actually, especially with multiple videos showing him doing it.

You absolutely can punish him and should in this situation. Actions have consequences whether you're on the team or not.

Sure you can. if the kid commits douche baggery his offer and or his commitment can be rescinded.

There's a huge difference between helping a kid who had a rough upbringing and turning a blind eye on a kid who recently beat a girl up. You recruit your own problems.
