Steak isn't roadkill. Steak is made to eat less than done. I don't trust a man that likes his steak well done. You might as well chew shoe leather. High end restaurants will give you a lesser quality steak if you order is more done than medium because it's a wasted steak. You, essentially, cannot tell the difference.

Steak isn't roadkill. Steak is made to eat less than done. I don't trust a man that likes his steak well done. You might as well chew shoe leather.
