Lol...don't be silly. Do yourself a favor...go to the CFHOF website and look at the criteria. Much of it is based on life after football. Former Walter Payton and Walter Camp Man of the Year Dwight fricking Stephenson, whom the Bear called the greatest player he ever coached, isn't in. The only way Jones gets into the HOF is by buying a ticket like you and me.

Do us a favor and post the criteria and tell us what part of the criteria you think Barrett Jones doesn't fit.

That's probably because he was only a 2nd Team All-America selection in 1979. The rules say you have to be a 1st Team All-American for consideration.
It looks like someone didn't read the criteria.
