Elliot from tOSU will be the only rb taken before Henry. I know the position has declined in value but i don't think it's been so devalued that there wont be 2 rbs taken by the third round. Teams still see the value in having a quality back, just not worth the risk to invest top pics and money in them when it can be used elsewhere.

No way. There will be a team in the second round that will see Henry still on the board and think "Holy shite, we can't pass this up". The good thing about Henry falling to the later picks is he could get drafted by a contender like Lacy did.
