ETA: Just saw the note above that Arkansas is only 6-4 in the Sweet 16. I take back my compliment.

No. Arkansas is 6-4 in the Sweet Sixteen. Arkansas made Elite Eights prior to the current format in 1941, 1945, and 1949.
This will also make any school that has been to Elite Eights prior to the current format have a different record than what the numbers actually suggest.
