So as I said before, there should be qualifications to be on a jury based on the type of case. However, if not, then why have jury selection at all. A true jury of your peers should be the first 12 people that come up. By allowing the lawyers to select, you guarantee that you get the least intelligent or the ones with a hidden bias or agenda.
