For Vista area, I've heard Grill Marks is good. Old Chicago isn't bad... and you can't go wrong with Wild Wings. We also have a Twin Peaks now if that's your thing. Food is not that great though.

Also, Cantina 76 on Devine Street and Henry's right next door are really good.
