Wilson named SEC Player of the Year AND SEC Defensive Player of the Year.
Dawn Staley was named SEC Coach of the Year ... well deserved.

I will have the weekly SEC WBB thread up on the main board later today or tomorrow with SEC tourney info and updated NCAA seeding predictions. Still waiting on some data not yet released.

3 1st Team All SEC Players as well. Coates, Mitchell and Wilson. Gamecocks on Top.

I should have included the fact that Tiffany Mitchell and Alaina Coates were both named to the First Team All-SEC squad along with A'ja Wilson.
So we had three players garner First Team honors along with the coach.
Pretty impressive.
