Yes. This civil case likely has a lot of drummed up accusations (as almost all civil cases do) with some truth mixed in as well. I am hesitant to believe almost anything I see in these money grab trials, especially when the plaintiffs are doing everything in the media.

There are likely some problems on UT's end but this is a lot of sensationalism as well.

The criminal trial is a different story and if convicted I wish nothing but the worst for the two defendants.

Agreed. I'm not really trying to speculate as to anyone's guilt or innocence. But, from a totally non-legal perspective, what Bowles says on the stand in those criminal proceedings could mean the end of Jones. If he repeats the "traitor" story on the stand, then it's all over.
