Dunno what actually happened but there is some serious shite being thrown around,if half of it turns out to be true I will be embarrassed, pissed off, and saddened as a fan.

UT is losing the publicity battle and that's what the accusers want.
Not that it's much of a fair fight but still.
Allegations are just that... allegations. If the accusers have their way, this will be settled and sealed so that no one knows if they were lying or not.
However, I think UT is at the "frick it" stage and is going to take the thing to court and call their bluff.

I really hope we do this. Our image is wrecked to shite regardless, as most of the media has predictably come out on the side of the accusers. Their actual case is shaky at best, so their only chance most likely is spurring public outrage. It worked for the Mizzou protesters. I honestly think the UTAD has nothing to lose from tearing into the plaintiffs.
