CBB has been really good at replacing good assistant coaches with other good assistant coaches.

I think it would help recruiting if our avg assistant coach tenure would increase some going forward though.

During their run, bama has had average offenses and dominate defenses. Saban figured out a way to keep Smart for 9 years before he took a promotion. CBB should be able to do better than 2-3 years on his good ones.

He's never been able to keep assistant coaches, even the ones he wanted to keep. Is it still Alvarez' fault?

He's only been here 3 years and only lost one assistant he really tried to keep.

Pittman liked Chaney's tender loving to much to stay. Need more time to fully evaluate Bert's ability to retain assistants he really wants to keep.

Alabama hasn't had an average offense since 2011, and even up until then they still had very good O-lines, stout RBs in Ingram and Richardson, and Julio Jones. Their QB play was just really, really average.
