re: UT files motion to strike Peyton's name from Lawsuit

It has no relevance to the case. It was a lawyer trying to gain publicity for the lawsuit. However, I think it will backfire on them because it makes the lawsuit look like a witch hunt.


Now, the lawyer says that 2 more women have joined the lawsuit, and will implicate 2 more student athletes.

I kinda hope they name Von Pearson, because the girl who accused him is a nut job and the case was thrown out. It would only diminish the credibility of the plaintiffs even more than it already is.
