You've clearly never experienced a summer in South Carolina if you think we're basking in 80 degree days and cool crisp humidity free summer nights here.. There are literally parts of the state where the local county governments will give you money to buy an air conditioner for the summer. South Carolina is a "Deep South" state and our summers are right up there with the worse of them, unfortunately.
