I have talked to a few of the players, and all they want to talk about it how crazy Dillman is and how intense the workouts are. Attendance is at a high right now, and the players are all holding each other accountable and taking ownership in each workout.

Someone, probably some two, are going to be dismissed for failure to comply with the new off season workout standards. They've been put on notice.

These coaches are not kidding around.

I love it. I saw a cell phone video taken at the end of one of the workouts. Sort of a last man standing thing with the whole team cheering the guys on. Dillman was in the middle of it yelling and pumping the last two guys up. Also, the whole team had on the exact same workout gear. Showed some unity.

Yep ... I didn't think it was going to happen until they half-assed another workout so I figured by Monday or so ... but I guess the coaches decided to go ahead and pull the trigger.

Message sent ... they ain't playin' around about these off season workouts.
