Just finished back and bicep and traps
Barbell row
Incline Db row
Seated cable row
Shrugs
Barbell curl
Seated barbell curl
Rev curl
Wrist curls
Mostly 3 sets 9-11 reps with cardio in between and a rest pause drop set on the last set of each
