Ricardo Louis gets drafted before Duke IMO. Duke has a lot of negatives going into the combine. He is sorry as shite. He's slow. He loafs when he knows he isn't going to get the ball. What else? RL sucks at catching but he has more upside than Duke.

There is no upside in a WR that can't catch, so no he doesn't. That's the whole reason for the existence of the position is to catch the ball.
In the one article I saw about Duke after he got kicked off seemed like he was working hard and learned and was humbled from everything that happened and accepted responsibility that he did it to himself. It wouldn't be the first time that a diva WR in college was able to keep it together enough in the pros to have a career
