The frick?

If you express dislike for someone of another race and cite their race, that's racism. That applies regardless of the race of the speaker. Not sure what "cover argument," you're trying to infer, here, but you're mistaken.

Grey area but just disliking someone for the color of their skin is more in line of Bigotry. Being a Racist is believing you are superior to someone because of your race. You can dislike someone without a feeling of superiority (i.e. so-and-so only got that promotion because they're a minority)
