Not if they fired the guy.

You can be "let go" without being fired........they simply tell you that after a certain day, you will not be employeed. If this date is AFTER the EE's are enrolled, well good for LSU. Like the guy said, it's hard to post what we know without posting everything. If you want to dispute everything, I won't bother to argue......I'll keep posting what I can, and let people interpret it how they will.

But Bama has told several recruits that LSU's current plan is for Raymond NOT to be coaching there next year.

I understand that if your contract is up and they don't renew it that is one way to be "let go" without being fired, but if you have a contract and you are "let go" before that expires (and it isn't YOU leaving), then that IS being fired and you are due money from that contract.

Besides, we aren't taking about the kind of coach who would be let go for performance. He's a solid recruiter and on field coach.

You may ultimately be proven right, and I don't mean this as a slight directly at you but more so about the situation, but I would doubt it if you are right here. The guy is related to Moses. You honestly think if he was being "let go" that he'd just play along and string family on? It simply doesn't make sense man. It's not logical unless there is some personal behind scenes thing or an NCAA thing.
