Actually not. If I am not mistaken, the Islamic god, Allah has no son. The Christian God has a Son. There are other differences, but this is not the time or the place to get into all of that.

Are you familiar with trinitarianism? It's the mainstream Christian belief that The father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all one ubiquitous being. Some Christian sects disagree with this (LDS for example) Judaism and Islam also reject this, though all worship the God of Abraham.
