In fresh or salt?
We have plenty of fresh water (and lots of drinking water) action as well just not for cold water species obviously. Someone dropped some peacock bass in SFL and the waters down there have them now.
Salt, I'll pretty much do anything that doesn't require a ride out over 35 miles or so. Cobia, Kings, grouper, flounder, reds are my favorite.
Fresh, bass in warm waters and trout in cooler. I'd love to try Salmon fishing in the Pacific NW/Alaska one day.
I've never caught a crappie or smallie either. Have no desire for muskies though. Slimy bastards.
