I disagree (about river over ocean/gulf) but this is America and you are free to have that opinion.

I'd pick ocean over river but wouldn't turn down either unless you said river in the winter.

I love being able to get in the water most of the year. Can fish all year without putting on layer after layer. It's great. I'd enjoy Arkansas outdoors too. People get too torn up about this type of stuff.

I hope to fish in the Ozarks at some point in the near future. Just not this time of year.
