These rankings won't hold up, way too many wrs high up in the ranks. More LB will emerge in the 5-4 star area
After summer camps things will solidify.
I fully anticipate Dylan Moses staying in the Top 3 until NSD 2017 though.
The scouting sites will move him out of first in October for clicks.

Good lord check out Dylan Moses' Highlights
I hope that with all the money we saved by not landing Gary, Juarez, Hall, Simmons, and Kongbo, that we can throw some serious cash at Dylan Moses.
