"These people down here still want the small-town setting," said White. "It's almost a Mayberryish idea -- a place that time forgot. They don't want red lights. But there's really no place that we need one."

"We've got some people in town who don't like Christmas, hate Easter and can't stand weekends,"
"We're ready to move on into the 21st century."

I don't know about hillbilly or even care, but 10 years of Dallas traffic has sucked years off my life and that sounds pretty damn good to me right about now.

No reason to make fun of them. To each their own.
Some people love small towns. I don't blame them. I was raised in a small town. Was a great experience. Sort of prefer mine to be in a small school/town now that I think about it.
