The delirious ones are the ones who've been saying for years we were about to get hammered. Now, when the "hammer" drops, it's crickets.

The NCAA doesn't deliver a hammer with the notice of allegations. Get with an Auburn fan about how the NCAA works if you are unfamiliar.

I am familiar with the penalties for secondary violations.

This whole thing is going from: "how many years of post season bans, and will they get the beath penalty?" to "wonder how many scholarships they will lose?".

Basically, the three year investigation was a flop. They got UNC and Miami on dozens of primary violations and they came out fine. This will be less than they got. That's just math.
