The Saunders allegations are outside the 4 year period, but the NCAA is trying to show a nexus between the Saunders academic and Tunsil automobile allegations.

Or maybe the ncaa is tying Saunders with women's basketball (both academic fraud) to get around statute of limitations and to build a LOIC case
