I think it's pretty clear there is a lack of institutional control that is deeply seeded in the athletics department.

NCAA has been pretty soft lately and will likey use this opportunity to flex its muscles and bring pain down on Ole Miss. They can't afford to hammer a top school too hard but a program like Ole Miss won't be a big deal if it's not around for 5-7 years.

and Ole Miss is the kind of program the NCAA would make an example of.
