No disrespect to Kirby - but Kirby isn't Nick Saban. Kirby can try and emulate what Saban has done but he can't emulate who Saban is. Leaders aren't manufactured or cloned. They are followed and Kirby, as GREAT of a follower as he is, is still only a follower.
