I'd actually go a step farther and say the D1 football players mostly come from Pine Bluff on south, and NWA.
The rural areas down south have been on a pretty good production run lately.
North Little Rock has produced some kids as of late, but have any of them panned out? The private schools in central Arkansas have produced Michael Dyer, Hunter Henry, and Joe Adams, but not much else of note.
10-20 years ago it was good to have a in at Little Rock schools, but now, it's just a waste of time because there is nothing there.

Never heard of him. But I don't follow high school ball like I used to. Will have to check out any game tape online of him. Wish him well...except one week out of the year.
