Also, kind of like Saban, Cal isn't a masterful in-game tactician, but he does a great job of teaching his uber-talented kids and managing them from a team building point of view. I think that part of his coaching is often overlooked. A lot of people talk about him like he just rolls the balls out and lets them play. They don't play like that at all.
