Passive pro-CMR post. We all liked the guy, but 15 years is enough. In his last 8 seasons, UGA finished the season with a higher ranking than it started a total of............drum roll...........................once. It's time to let someone younger and with more belly fire, like Kirby Smart, to see what he can do. He may do worse than Richt, only time will tell. Does it matter if you're winning 10 games or 8 games when none of the games you win really matter in the context of a SECC? I think CKS will bring new energy to the program and will be successful, if McGarity stays out of his way. With the recruits that UGA has available each year, and with CKS's recruiting skills, I could see the Dawgs in the Dome (the new one) within the next 3 years. I didn't think that way with CMR. In fact I had given up on hoping, as had a lot of other UGA fans.
