He either sucks and will forever suck because he threw two picks.
or
He did well because he threw two TDs, had 280 yards and completed 70% of his passes in his first NFL game.

bad. He piled up some nice yardage because the team was behind the entire game. He threw two TDs to guys who were wide open downfield in garbage time.
He threw two ugly picks. One was taken back for six, and it showed how much he lacks in the arm strength department. The ball took forever to make it to the sideline.
The TD pass to green was nice, but he was able to climb the pocket for 3-4 steps before launching. The pick six really showed that he can't push the ball around the field with any success unless he's given room to load up with a few steps.
