Some of the generalities RK makes as well as omission of things he would definitely say if he knew, highlight to me he's not talking to people that make decisions. He's talking to disgruntled people that aren't part of the process.
And that's okay. Those people can have valid (and sometimes more valid than the decision maker) opinions. But they aren't always the most informed so you have to take it with a grain of salt.

Exactly.
My general opinion is take what the AD says about the HC with a grain of salt because they, especially ours for some reason, are absolutely full of shite 90% of the time and saying things based on a culture of dislike between the two groups
