At least it's a realistic opinion.

Well, if the Mizzou job really does suck and Mack Rhoades winds up being a complete POS that hires that mediocre midmajor coach from Temple then at least you can say you were right and predicted what a piece of crap the job is ahead of time.

I guess that's something.

Damn man...I think you may be overreacting just a bit because he's a guy YOU didn't want.

Knowing that he took over a program in the dumpster and in his 3rd year has orchestrated the best season in that program's history...what exactly is it you don't like about him?

I know it's not a sexy, win the press conference type of hire, but who cares about that shite if he wins?

Rhule may be a fine coach. But we have several issues right now that his hire won't help. Recruiting is one. Stabilizing is another. Then there's the little part about exciting and energizing fans and boosters who are not sure about donations. Those reasons we why I'm hoping for a hire with a little sex appeal.

I don't have a guy.

I know who I don't want, but I don't know who I do want. I want to work in broad strokes here versus picking a guy and being mad. Every single candidate has upside and negatives, some just have more upside than others, and like I said Matt Rhule is a guy with the balance a school like Cuse or Maryland can appreciate.

We're just not a program in a position to hire a Matt Rhule anymore.

Nobody answered my question yet.

2000 Pinkel versus 2015 Rhule. Who do you hire today?
