I ould love to see KA be successful. I'm sure he's a wonderful man, loves Mizzou and is a good coach. But I don't think he's the right coach for Mizzou and a P5 program. I hope he can get it done, but I just don't see it happening.

There's just too much working against him, most of which isn't his fault. He seems like a guy who wants to build a program from the ground up, with players, schemes, program identity, etc. That takes time, which he doesn't have. Interest is at perhaps an all-time low after the mess left by Haith. The campus climate is screwed up by the protestors, and the PR from that has been a disaster. Rhodes has to do something to stop the bleeding from both his money-making programs, which goes back to KA not having time. Bad situation for KA.

At this point, is the women's team making nearly as much $$$ as the men's team? I'd bet the crowds will be just about the same. I think the men's team only plays on a real channel 2 or 3 times. The rest is on SECN just like the women's team.
