I didn't know anybody that was in agricultural while I was there. I knew a few that started out in veterinary school but washed out into something else. I knew quote a few engineering majors, but I'd say most of my friends were in Business or Liberal Arts.
Just an observation.

Yeah, I don't think Bama's business school is all that much superior to Auburn's. Maybe it was 20-30 years ago, but there's not much difference these days. Companies here in Bham seem to recruit graduates from both pretty equally.

really if we're talking the academic side here it all depends on what you want to do

both schools are great at what they do and neither is fighting with Duke or Vandy for Academic prestige

we're public schools in a broke arse deep south state providing quality education and damn good grad schools - nothing more nothing less

Alabama is the same

everyone reps the Law School and all that but that wasn't most

hell when it came to grad school Alabama kids go to Auburn for Pharmacy and what not and Auburn kids would go to Alabama for Law School

both sides have nursing though I think Bama's is a lil more established but nursing is such a big thing throughout the state - you can't walk down the street in Birmingham without running into a nurse
