Legally, can the governors even do this? I was talking to someone in law school the other night, they discussed it in class. Since the Federal government controls immigration, the governors may not have a legal basis to refuse. It's scary stuff.

Simple question. Has the constitution, voice of America, or laws stopped Obama from doing what he wants?
In this case the Feds can deliver people wherever they want to. It's nothing new and the governors can't do a damn thing about it.
