A couple of weeks ago I read an article showing how it would be possible for Arkansas to win the West. Part of the equation was for LSU to beat Alabama. That didn't happen. After the Arkansas - LSU game Coach Bielema was being interviewed and the reporter stated that it was still mathematically possible for Arkansas to win the West.

If Arkansas and Ole Miss both win out and Alabama loses to Auburn that will create a 3 way tie for first. All three teams 6-2 in conference play.

The first tie breaker (A) is head to head records. All 3 will be 1-1.

B is the record of the tied teams within the division. Ole Miss 5-1, Alabama 4-2, Arkansas 4-2. Ole Miss wins.

If Arkansas wins out, Alabama loses to Auburn and LSU wins out that leaves a 3 way tie between Arkansas, LSU and Alabama. Alabama would win because LSU would be eliminated by A and then it goes back to a 2 way tie with Alabama beating Arkansas.

Am I reading this correctly and only Alabama and Ole Miss are still in the race or is there other scenarios?
