Was watching MU play earlier tonight and it looked empty. Will attendance increase or decrease across the conference this year? I am not sure how good the conference will be.

It'll go up with the classes that LSU, A&M have pulled, State with Howland and Newman on the roster, and Vandy back to normal form.

Is the MU arena a safe space? I don't think it is that's probably why attendance was down.

Up.

A&M's couldn't have gotten worse and finally have a product on the floor worth watching. (potentially)

We were at 10.6k last night in the opener. Pretty good crowd for non-con, think we averaged around 7-9k last year in non-con games.

Bama had 14k for its first game

I say up. Vandy and LSU will be good this year, Ole Miss has a new arena, State seems excited about Howland, Auburn sold out their season tickets last year when Pearl was hired, Kentucky always sells out, Arkansas-Tennessee-Florida have had consistent attendance, and despite knowing this is a transition year, Avery has done a great job of promoting the program and has gotten fans to show up at Bama.

Missouri and Georgia I think will be at the bottom in attendance.
