Chad Kelly has to be up there. Maybe one year isn't enough to prove he's one of the best. Also, it's tough to ignore 12 INTs but it really looks worse than it is. Not making excuses but if you've watched the games, you'd know what I mean.
Stats this year:
YDS TD INT %
3970 37 9 65.9 - Boykin (TCU)
2726 25 7 69.7 - Watson (Clemson)
2769 25 1 66.7 - Prescott (State)
3509 34 6 72.7 - Doughty (WKU)
2675 21 7 66.0 - M. Williams (UNC)
2597 22 5 64.9 - B. Allen (Arky)
3206 21 2 69.1 - Lynch (Memphis)
2475 21 3 58.1 - Cook (Michigan State)
3037 33 4 70.2 - Mayfield (Oklahoma)
3496 30 12 65.7 - Swag (OM)

Yea, Kelly has all the tools. Most impressive QB I've seen this year in person by far.
