Why was it mentioned?

Ask the people perpetuating the lie.

They apparently blocked his car at some event and one of them was "nudged". None were "run over" however. That would be all over the main stream outlets don't you think?

Road - if people are blocking his car, that tells me that the shite hit the fan a long time ago. Would you have your driver move your car surrounded by protesters? Heck no. I would try to hear them out or wait for help. The last thing I would want to do is quickly leave and "nudge" someone on the way out. That nudge could be running someone over.

Mind you, those protesters could be wrong as hell. Who cares, he's the president. He's supposed to hear them out, no matter how asinine the claims. We had kids at UF always protesting stupid shite back in the day. The administration ALWAYS heard them out. ALWAYS. These are your students, these are your kids. You listen to your kids even when misguided.

A lot of what I'm hearing is petty issues. Petty to me is astronomical for someone else. Sounds like he could have nipped this in the bud a long time ago just by listening. A president is supposed to be influential. It doesn't sound like this guy cared.

I am having a hard time finding anyone associated with the school defending this guy. Which is why I'm surprised so many people in this forum are??
