You are missing the point. Whether or not you or I believe there were any grievances the protestors did and that was the reason for the players going on strike.

Which turned into a huge national story. Again, picked up by the overwhelmingly liberal media with almost universal support.

Get it? Perception is reality.

Again, this has nothing to do with what is just. It has everything to do with the current climate in our society. Mizzou did what had to be done, and what every other school would have done.

You guys can pump all the southern bravado out you want, but you are simply wrong.

Where will it stop?

Will they fire the next President WHEN someone yells the N word on campus? It's going to happen and it will be on purpose.

If you don't like the replies you're getting, JQ, don't start threads asserting that you know for a fact that all other SEC schools' administrations would have done the same as y'all.

Where's your proof of that? Don't you think those of us who are alumni/supporters of other SEC schools and are far more knowledgeable about the atmosphere surrounding these types of issues than you, an outsider to said other SEC school administrations, are? You know what they say about those who assume....
