Of course it was. If you take out the biased Alabama and Ole Miss fan bases and just listen to what neutral parties around the country say they all mention that Alabama self-destructive beat themselves home is called lucky breaks etc the final score is obviously what matters in the record book however you can't ignore how that final score was arrived at when evaluating the teams
