Without that, I don't ever recall any team changing and established head coach and maintaining a strong recruiting class.

Do you recall any team changing and NOT maintaining a strong class? You forgot to provide an example.

Look what happened to USC e when Spurrier even HINTED at leaving after 2 or three more years.

Exactly, And now questions about Richt's job are here to stay, so it doesnt make sense to keep him around. How many major recruits want to deal with that?

How many of our recruits will still come here....reports are out that eason is already opening up his recruitment due to all the turmoil. How many major recruits want to go to a dumpster fire that just hired a former assistant coach?

David Pollack, DJ Shockley, Robert Geathers, Greg Blue, Fred Gibson, and Mudcat were all major recruits who went to UGA despite a coaching change in 2001.

No. I didn't. I said USCe. Just on a statement by Spurrier they lost several top recruits last year. They are not recruiting well this year, either.

Because you don't change coaches every time a malcontent pushes for a change, that's why. There will ALWAYS be SOMEBODY wanting a change.
