Making statements like that is unrealistic and doesn't help your argument. if your argument is he can't get us to the next level, and the program is stagnant, I can see and understand your reasoning. But call the program a dumpster fire...or saying he has torn down the program is telling me you love hyperbole.

The program is currently no better than it was when Richt arrived. It was once much better.
